Amber Giles, known as the dj/producer Mija, has established herself as an
innovative and fresh new artist of this era. After tearing through two headlining
world tours, supporting Skrillex in Asia and Jauz in Australia, the future couldn’t
look brighter. With new steps into original productions and fashion design/
manufacturing, her future couldn’t look more diverse.
With roots based in house music, Mija has since become known for her genredefying
live shows… And audiences have responded. Her genre-defying
performances have been in high demand from festivals (Lollapalooza, Hangout
Fest, Lightning in a Bottle, Hard Summer, Movement, Ultra, Buku) and have
garnered praise from the most respected curators and performers in dance music
(skrillex, diplo, atrak, destructo/Hard). Having broken into music through
promoting her own underground parties in phoenix, it was only a matter of time
until she pushed beyond the FK A GENRE mentality of her own live sets, and
developed it into a fully curated lineup at clubs, festivals and after parties.
